As part of our commitment to improve the delivery of your healthcare, we are pleased to offer free online booking using Cortico. This service is available 24/7 and is a secure and confidential portal integrated into our electronic medical records. 

This service is intended for booking NON-URGENT appointments, which includes: new medical issues, follow-up appointments, general check-ups and prescription renewals. Both in office and telephone appointments can be booked online.

For well-baby visits and prenatal visits, please call the office to book (416-785-8412).

CANCELLATION POLICY: You can cancel online up to 24 hours before your appointment without penalty. You must call the office with < 24 hours notice. There is a charge for missed appointments and cancellations with less than 24 hours notice.
