To book prenatal or well baby visits (newborn to 2 years old) please call the office at 416-785-8412.
Only existing patients can book online.
You can cancel online up to 24 hours before your appointment without penalty. You must call the office to cancel with < 24 hours notice.
There is a charge for missed appointments and cancellations with less than 24 hours notice.
